I haven't really tasted TBC raids yet, and I'm also looking for a guild that takes it easy yet progresses at the same time.

ThunderWalkers - Friends guild, left to try and join a raiding guild.
Flames of Wrath - Again left for a raiding guild which disbanded.
Sanctus - Was kicked because of inactivity.

I was inactive in Sanctus because I had a rather hectic time of my life at that time and since Sanctus demands more I was kicked.
I do intend to be active while being in this guild yes
